On the evening of January 10, 2015, Larry Westbrook, a 30-year-old Black male was shot at the Coconut Grove Apartments in Phoenix, Arizona, and later died from his injuries. Public case summaries list his death as a homicide that occurred at 2030 W. Indian School Road, a multi-unit apartment complex near 20th Avenue and Indian School Road in central Phoenix.
