Phoenix police have identified a man who was fatally shot Monday and are looking for the person last seen with him.

Kemont Karim, 18, was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds near 44th and Roosevelt streets shortly after 7 a.m., Phoenix Police spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Howard said.

Police are looking for 21-year-old Noe Hernandez, who has been missing since Karim's body was found, Howard said.
