In the late hours of a Monday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a heated argument shattered the calm of an apartment complex near Interstate 17 and Greenway Road, culminating in a tragic act of violence that claimed the life of 39-year-old Tommy Rodriguez. On November 25, 2019, Rodriguez and another man, 37-year-old Luis Sanchez Hernandez Jr., were fatally shot.
Phoenix police officers responded to the scene just before 9 p.m. and discovered both Rodriguez and Hernandez deceased.
