In the pre-dawn hours of April 14, 2023, a residential street in Phoenix, Arizona, was broken by the sound of gunfire. Phoenix police officers were dispatched to the area near 63rd and Campbell Avenues shortly before 4:45 a.m. following an emergency call about a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man lying in the roadway. The man was identified as 36-year-old Reynaldo Medrano Jr.
