In the pre-dawn hours of a Friday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 41-year-old Gabino Martinez Jr. was tragically cut short. On August 15, 2025, just before 3:45 a.m., police were called to a residence near 7th and Southern Avenues in response to a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Martinez on the ground in front of a home, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel from the fire department pronounced him dead at the scene.
