In the early evening hours of January 14, 2021, a fatal encounter unfolded in the area of 28th Street and Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona, claiming the life of 28-year-old John Galindo. Phoenix police officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 8:22 p.m. following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Galindo suffering from a gunshot wound.
