In the warm evening of June 9, 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace at Desert West Park in Phoenix, Arizona, leaving three young men dead, including 24-year-old Oscar Garcia Armenta. The tragic event unfolded at approximately 10 p.m. near 67th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard, a popular spot for local residents.
