In the pre-dawn hours of October 27, 2024, the sounds of a Halloween party in central Phoenix were tragically silenced by gunfire. Isaias Dillon Ramirez, a 24-year-old Hispanic man, was shot and killed at a house party near 23rd Street and Fillmore Street. The fatal incident occurred around 2:50 a.m., shattering the festive atmosphere and leaving a young man's life cut short.

When Phoenix police officers arrived at the scene, they found Isaias Ramirez suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, his injuries proved to be too severe, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Homicide detectives were called in to begin the painstaking process of piecing together the events that led to the deadly shooting.

The investigation into Isaias's death is ongoing, and as of now, no arrests have been made. While no suspects have been officially named, authorities have identified a man and a woman as persons of interest in the case. The two were reportedly seen leaving the party and getting into a black SUV shortly after the shooting.

In an effort to generate leads, the Phoenix Police Department and Silent Witness are offering a $2,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest in the homicide. They are urging anyone who was at the party or who may have any details, no matter how insignificant they may seem, to come forward and contact Silent Witness. Callers can remain anonymous, providing a safe and confidential way to help bring justice to Isaias and his grieving family.
