Delfino Picazo, a 59-year-old man, was fatally shot in Phoenix, Arizona, on April 6, 2020. The incident occurred near 2nd Avenue and McKinley Street, where police found Picazo inside a van with a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
