A Hispanic male by the name of Michael Ramon, 30, was killed in Phoenix, Arizona, on a Sunday, the 26th of October, 2014. The incident that led to his death occurred in the vicinity of 27th Avenue and Camelback Road. Ramon was discovered inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
