On a Tuesday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 30-year-old Disean Russell, a Black male, was cut short in a sudden act of violence. On June 5, 2018, at approximately 11:30 a.m., police responded to a call of shots fired at an apartment complex on West Indian School Road.
