On a Thursday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona, a heated argument irrevocably altered the course of two lives. On May 16, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., police responded to a call at a residence near 33rd Drive and Northern Avenue. Inside, they discovered 29-year-old Brandon Russell, a male, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Paramedics transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced deceased.
