Jorge Carrillo Escareno, a 39-year-old resident of Phoenix, Arizona, tragically lost his life to gun violence on October 30, 2021. He was shot while leaving a party in the area of 10th Street and Southern Avenue in south Phoenix around 11:30 p.m. Police officers responded to the scene and found Escareno with a gunshot wound.
