In the fall of 2013, a quiet Phoenix, Arizona, townhouse complex was shattered by a sudden and tragic act of violence that claimed the life of 42-year-old Michael 'Mick' Shannon Moore. On the morning of October 26, 2013, Moore, along with his family, became the victims of a mass shooting perpetrated by their next-door neighbor.
The horror unfolded when Michael Dante Guzzo, 56, armed with a pump-action shotgun, embarked on a deadly rampage.
Guzzo fatally shot Moore, his 36-year-old wife Renee Moore, their 17-year-old son Shannon Moore, and Renee's 66-year-old father, Bruce Moore. The family's two dogs were also killed in the attack.
