Oscar Torres Jr., a 14-year-old male, had just celebrated his graduation from the eighth grade at Estrella Mountain Elementary School and was excitedly looking forward to starting high school. He was a boy with a passion for collecting sneakers. His aspirations for the future, however, would go unfulfilled.
