A promising young life was cut tragically short on a Wednesday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona. Samuel Farias, a 17-year-old male, was fatally shot on November 29, 2023, in an incident that also left two other teenagers wounded. The shooting took place at a mobile home park located near 43rd Avenue and Roosevelt Street, shaking the local community.
