In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Twenty-year-old Victor Junior Alvarez was shot and killed on May 31, 2020. The incident that led to his untimely death unfolded around 10:30 p.m. in a neighborhood near 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road.
