In the afternoon hours of Saturday, May 14, 2022, a discovery was made in a vacant field near 65th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona, that brought a young man's life to a tragic close. Cesar Arturo Garcia Burgos, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased inside a tent, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
