On February 5, 2020, a fatal incident occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the death of 65-year-old Isaack Drain. The incident took place in a residence located in the area of 17th Avenue and Glendale.

Phoenix police responded to the scene and found Isaack Drain with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries and died.
