In the winter of 2020, a shooting shattered the evening quiet at a Phoenix apartment complex, leaving a 65-year-old man, Isaack Drain, fatally wounded. On the evening of Wednesday, February 5th, Phoenix police were called to a residence near 1700 W. Glendale Ave. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mr. Drain with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but tragically, he was pronounced dead.
