Quincy Jay Polk, a 30-year-old Black male, was killed in a shooting that stemmed from a road-rage confrontation in a Lowe's parking lot near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road in south Phoenix, Arizona. On the afternoon of November 22, 2025, around 2:45 p.m., Phoenix police say an argument between drivers escalated into a physical fight and then to gunfire.
