In the quiet, wooded landscape of Wiggins Road near Green Pond, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made on May 17, 2017. The body of 19-year-old Prince Treshawn Alvante Polite of Johns Island was found by a logging company employee, bringing a tragic end to the young man's life. An investigation determined that Polite had died from multiple gunshot wounds. The Colleton County Coroner, Richard Harvey, stated that the body had not been at the location for a long period before being found.
