In the early morning hours of Saturday, October 19, 2013, the body of a male, Michael Ribar, was discovered lying in the roadway at 2040 W. Northern Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The discovery was made at approximately 4:20 a.m., and it was immediately apparent that he had sustained significant and obvious trauma.
