In the summer of 2015, a sudden and violent act shattered the lives of a Phoenix family. Saul Malaquias Viera, a 32-year-old Hispanic man, was killed on August 11, 2015, in Phoenix, Arizona. The devastating news was shared by his family, who were left grappling with the senselessness of his death.
