Terrell Cooper, a 30-year-old resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was tragically murdered in the early hours of November 20, 2016. At approximately 3:33 a.m., police officers responded to a report on the 100 block of South 56th Street, where they discovered Terrell lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced deceased at 7:34 a.m.
