Jamer Jackson, a 19-year-old from Philadelphia, was shot and killed on November 23, 2015. The incident occurred in the Nicetown neighborhood, a community that Jamer had known all his life. Around 4:00 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of North Hicks Street, where they discovered Jamer suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head, arm, and leg.
