Xavier Stern, a 15-year-old from Philadelphia, was tragically killed on December 11, 2015. He was discovered in the back seat of a 1998 Lincoln Town Car parked on North Park Avenue in North Philadelphia. When officers responded at approximately 7:20 p.m., they found Stern had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head and chest. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene shortly after arrival.
