On the evening of February 19, 2014, Stephen E. 'Bread' Mysyk, a 25-year-old White male, was fatally shot in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At approximately 7:05 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of gunfire on the 5600 block of North Palethorp Street.
