Kyle Manley, a 34-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on October 16, 2016. The incident took place around 9:02 p.m. on the 6200 block of Ogontz Avenue. Responding officers found Kyle lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries later that night.
