Kyrell Tyler, a 23-year-old African American male, was a popular figure in Philadelphia's dirt bike riding community. On October 14, 2014, Tyler was found shot multiple times in the head, neck, and torso inside a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo parked on the 2100 block of South 60th Street in Southwest Philadelphia.
