Ronald "Ronnie" Turchi, a 64-year-old Italian-American male, was a prominent figure in the Philadelphia mob scene. He served as the consigliere for the Bruno-Scarfo crime family from 1994 until his demotion in 1997. Turchi's death on October 26, 1999, marked the beginning of the Joseph "Uncle Joe" Ligambi era in Philadelphia's organized crime.
