Jemar Pharr, a 38-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2022, following a shooting incident in the Northview Heights neighborhood. Pharr and another man were discovered with gunshot wounds in the 300 block of Penfort Street around 7 p.m. on Friday evening. Pharr sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head, back, and arms, and was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
