Corey L. Reed, a 39-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, died on March 3, 2024, as a result of a shooting. The incident occurred in the 5400 block of East 21st Street, where Indianapolis police were called shortly before 7 p.m. regarding a vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers found Reed inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
