On April 24, 2022, a tragic incident unfolded in Indianapolis, Indiana, resulting in the death of 74-year-old Mark McIntire. The event began when Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Countryside Drive, located on the far west side of the city.
