In the autumn of 2015, the life of Gregory Todd Watkins, a 40-year-old man from Indianapolis, came to an untimely and tragic end. On Sunday, October 18, 2015, Watkins was discovered deceased on the city's east side. The initial reports from authorities indicated that he had sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
