Ryan Smith, a 27-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested in connection with the tragic death of a 5-year-old girl named Kinsleigh Welty. The incident occurred on April 9, 2024, when Kinsleigh was found unresponsive in a home on the southwest side of Indianapolis. She was immediately taken to Riley Hospital for Children, where she was pronounced dead. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) reported that Kinsleigh appeared malnourished at the time of her discovery. ...Read More
