On July 11, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred on the west side of Indianapolis, resulting in the death of 36-year-old Otis Levert Keller. The incident took place in the 1200 block of Medford Avenue, a residential area a few blocks northeast of North Tibbs Avenue and West 10th Street.
