On the evening of October 29, 2016, tragedy struck on the southeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana, involving a young man named Kodi Levi Pruner. The 18-year-old male, who was a student at Franklin Central High School and a mechanic in training, was found suffering from a gunshot wound.
