Quelo Hogue, a 46-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2022. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside his residence on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred in the 4000 block of Hampshire Court, near East 42nd Street and Post Road.
