In the early morning hours of December 22, 2009, the life of 30-year-old Dewayne K. Garth was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting on the south side of Indianapolis. The incident unfolded around 2:45 a.m. on Percheron Lane, near the intersection of I-65 and Keystone Avenue.
