Larry DeWayne Dugger, a 41-year-old man, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2021, in Silver Springs, Florida. Dugger, who was attending a Rainbow Gathering in the Ocala National Forest, was shot late on the night of February 12, 2021. Deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 10:40 p.m. and found Dugger with gunshot wounds.
