Richard Allen Hutchinson Jr., a 33-year-old man from Silver Springs, FL, was tragically shot and killed on January 26, 2016. The incident occurred at his residence on 322 NE 167th Court. According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to the scene around 9 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Hutchinson deceased from gunshot wounds. Witnesses indicated that Hutchinson had been involved in an altercation at the residence prior to the shooting.
