Kelvin Darnell Edmonson Jr., a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 21, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Bronzeville neighborhood, specifically in the 3800 block of South Michigan Avenue. Kelvin and a woman, aged between 25 and 30, were found inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds. Kelvin was shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, while the woman was critically injured and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
