Andre Phillips, a 34-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on the morning of June 16, 2016. The incident occurred on the east side of Indianapolis, specifically in the 3600 block of Celtic Drive near the intersection of East 38th Street and North Post Road. When police arrived at the scene, they found Phillips suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Despite efforts to save him, Phillips succumbed to his injuries.
