On what should have been a joyous celebration, Keondre Davidson's life was tragically cut short on his 19th birthday. The young man, known to his friends as 'Dre,' was celebrating with friends and family on the evening of May 12, 2021, at a home in the 3700 block of Salem Street on the north side of Indianapolis.
