Devon Anthony Highbaugh, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed in his home on the east side of Indianapolis in the early hours of November 13, 2024. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. on Hiner Lane near Shadeland Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Highbaugh suffering from fatal gunshot wounds inside his residence.
