Steven Wooden, a 35-year-old man from Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on December 31, 2018. The incident occurred when Steven Roe, a 32-year-old tow truck driver, confronted Wooden, who was allegedly in possession of Roe's stolen yellow Ford flatbed tow truck. According to reports, Roe and a friend were driving around Indianapolis searching for the stolen vehicle when they spotted it near the intersection of Miller and Hiatt Streets.
