Jeremy Johnson, a 23-year-old resident of Muncie, Indiana, was tragically murdered on October 15, 2014, in Indianapolis. His death was the result of a premeditated act of violence orchestrated by Martize Kirkland, a fellow resident of Muncie. According to police reports, Kirkland lured Johnson to an abandoned house in Indianapolis under the pretense of testing the potency of heroin he intended to purchase.
