In the winter of 2020, a gathering on the west side of Indianapolis turned fatal for Leeshawn Parker, a 28-year-old male. On the evening of January 5th, police were called to a residence in the 9000 block of Mt. Shasta North Drive, near North Raceway Road and West 21st Street. Inside the home, they discovered Parker, who had sustained apparent gunshot wounds. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
