Steven Dodd, age 48, was fatally shot on December 22, 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred on the east side of the city, specifically in the 1500 block of Gladstone Avenue. Just before midnight on December 21, officers responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Dodd suffering from gunshot wounds.
