In the late hours of a summer evening in Indianapolis, a sequence of events unfolded that would end in tragedy. On August 1, 2021, 26-year-old Adam Deavers, a White male, was discovered in a vehicle that had veered off the road and collided with a tree in the 4100 block of East 35th Street.
